Who ends up using Fdo., and what for.
This is not a closed list. Most people signing many similar PDFs fit one of these five profiles, but the flow — load a batch, set up the signature once, download everything — applies to any sector with that routine.
- Accountants
Sign client document batches in a single sitting. Withholding certificates, quarterly returns, year-end summaries.
- Lawyers
Sign contracts and filings spread across several case files without opening them one by one at the end of the day.
- Human resources
Sign payslips and employment contracts month after month — a hundred-person team means a hundred PDFs every thirty days.
- Property managers
Minutes, notices and certificates at the close of every building, multiplied by your portfolio.
- Freelancers
Invoices and quotes signed without opening each PDF in a separate viewer. Especially when the client asks for it.
Your case isn't here?
If the flow is similar but the sector is different (a clinic with consent forms, a consulting firm with proposals, a school administration office with certificates), it probably fits anyway. If unsure, write to hola@fdo.app with a description of your case — you get a reply without marketing in between.
